To become a member is it necessary to give your acount name? Because if so I dont remember it. I only remember my game password and user name .  |

Are you talking about the playNC acount name. If so I don't think you can have it sent to you.they just send the password. The good thing is with that your half way there. all I can suggest to you is think, think, think lol. and it dont hurt to try to ask them if they can hlp find it. try to open a hlp ticket and ask some one at playNC what you should do and what they can do for you. good luck and hope to see you as a member soon -------------------- stonedfighter-lvl 64 fighter found in world 2 If your not a member BECOME ONE!!! support the dev's they look out for us  |

Ok I just look over the PlayNC web site and it looks like the best thing for you to do is call their phone support line at. 1-512-225-6359 Mon-Fri 12pm to 5pm, Central Note that they are very picky about what they answer. So make sure to tell then that you lost your account name and want to upgrade to a member for one of their games -------------------- stonedfighter-lvl 63 fighter found in world 2 If your not a member BECOME ONE!!! support the dev's they look out for us |

You should have gotten an e-mail from them when you created the account that has your account name in it. Just looked to see if I had one but since I created my PlayNC account over 2 years ago... no luck. You might look back through any e-mails to see if you can find it. You need to contact NC Soft regarding this. Either put in a suppport ticket asking for our user name or call them. This is not an insult or stab at the Devs so please forgive me for sayinig this.... DO NOT trust any person on this forum with you account name and/or password. As JoeB said, go to the support page and follow the instructions there. As wonderful as the Devs/Moderators of this game are, they may or may not have anything to do with the information you are in need of. And trust me, as cool as the folks seem, they would most likely give you a stern yelling at, or worse, if you even consider sending them the info.
