Stacking Potions
#37112 - 10/11/07 05:17 PM

As a non-paying member I think that it's annoying to have non-stacking potions. As a level 15 fighter I have to carry 20 or more potions along with quest items. With all those I only get about half the inventory I should have. This in turn makes looting alot longer. Especially when farming Sissirat on the highest difficulty with a couple others.

Even if something is really weak, I will still pick it up just to sell it even if it only gives like 5g I'll still sell it.

I'm assuming that you're suggesting that non-member potions stack? Why? This is a member benefit. You can easily remedy this situation by becoming a member. Otherwise, live with what you have. After all, you get what you pay for.

That being said, maybe you'll have access to major potions--which are yellow items--once advertising goes live.

Looks like ads will give stackable minor potions to 5. Member potions become stackable to 10.

About time they did some thing about pots.
I'm a member and still think they should have made them stack to 10 from the start and suggested it a long time ago. I mean kc's stack to ten, quest items stack to ten. Why not have health, mana, AND srcolls stack to ten it will save alot of space and whould have been a easy fix to what alot of people wanted. more space

Alot of people want to start out witha full complement of rainbows or have them drop on every fight doesnt mean the devs are going to do it. They have to find a balance between players wants and game play. Would love KC' to stack to 100 so i can clearsome bank space but I know it isnt goin to happen antime soon.

I wish they'd may all potions stackable for members instead of just the member potions. That's what I thought the member benefits meant when they said "stackable potions" and was a bit disappointed to find that only member potions were stackable as a member.

I didn't say anything about *buying* them. There's plenty of times I would have just picked them up off the ground as they've dropped more often than member potions.

No one drops any potions for me and when they do it's usually Major Potions which doesn't help nonmems. But I can deal. It's not like you lose five levels everytime you die unless the dungeon specifies it.
