ok... not really, but i was wondering if anybody else skip over slight upgrades because they dont match their current set up.

I mostly play a mage, and i have a full set of the "padded" equips. And i normally dont use better equip if its not part of the set.

I also wanted to play hunter now and then, but didnt even bother trying till i found a full set of the "unique" armors etc.

Its not to say im not concerned about stats etc, infact i think i have a very nice build for both hunter and mage.

I just see alot of people with mix-n-match sets. Altho, understandable in lower lvls.

Personally i like to mix sets, its more original,but i don't pick the good looks over stats, stats are a lot more important

I admit that my character looks a bit goofy at times, but I'd rather have the fashion police after me than pass up on any good stats

But, I do see some nice matching outfits around town that I'm envious of. And since you are always forced to look at your character, I don't blame you for taking appearance into consideration.

I do skip certain items based on aesthetics, but it really depends on my build. Here's a link to a thread I started where I felt my character was especially hideous looking:

Hideous? Man, that's just teh seksy.

I go for stats first, worry about looks later, but even at my Ranger's current level, I've been tempted to just dump the helm until I can find a good rag. I've got a good face/hair combo and a fitting name, I'd like to show it off. :\

All about looks first! No monster could take me seriously if I ran him through while wearing 15 different colors.

Bogey has a full suit of lvl 100 black plate, 2 Found ones and a Lost one (? or is the other way around) lvl 100, and 2 lvl 100 Skulli's that is his flash gear. It's actually quite useless for doing any fighting with because the bonus's are all wrong:)
His mixed set of warrior RB's with 2 Moonglaze lvl100/99 are what get's the most use. +'s to piercing and fire resistance mainly because Abby is about the only thing he does other than try to get people to join the Darkside:)
Now there is the weird mixed Warrior/Ranger/Mage get up that is just silly but it actually isn't to bad.

I can screen pic if anyone actuall wants to see any of the sets or just look for me on world 4.

I ahve a full set of the Witch Doctor armor in full rb that is very nice for fighting and looking good in.........Thanks to Slappy for finding most of it for me.....

I could care less how it looks! Have a set of "Ant" for Bosses, and a set of "unicorn" for runnin.... Mix and match depending on Mobs...
