World difference and difficulty question
#36454 - 09/30/07 06:19 PM

Hi,
I found this game yesterday and I was hooked in 10 min and bought my membership. I'm havening fun learning the game but I have 2 questions.
First, what is the difference between the member and non member worlds besides the fact you have to pay to play on one? Does better loot drop on the member server?

Second, what is with the jump in difficulty between the noob forest and the area outside of Townston? When I was fighting 2 characters through the noob area I never used a potion once but it seems that outside of Townston I have to use at least one potion every fight.

Thanks,
-Ifandbut

This isn't a guide - it's a question. Please post questions in the questions forum.

As to your questions:

1) There are no differences between the worlds, even the member world, other than the players that regularly play on those worlds.

2) Dew Valley was made easy so that new players would have a more pleasant starting experience. Once you leave Dew Valley, you're in the real world...

Sorry...I must have thought I clicked on another fourm section.

Thanks for the answers.
