i'm pretty new to dungeon runners and i have some questions.
what is the difference between:

for example:
+16 Range Damage per second and
+16 Piercing Damage per second and
+16 Ranged Attack rating

I think ranged attack rating is hit...
but what is the difference between piercing damage per
second a ranged damage per second? is it then better if you have 40 ranged damage per second or 20 piercing damage ps and 20 ranged damage ps?

Ranged attack rating is hit, so you're right about that

Piercing is the type of weapon, which is a crossbows I belive It only effects crossbows (im not sure if it effects shotguns).

As for range damage same thing applies it only stacks with range dmg so any range weapon crossbow / shot gun will get the bonus.

If you're using a crossbow most likely thouse stats should stack resulting in an overall +32 damage. But i'm not smart haha so Don't quote me I just hope it cleared up a little information.

If you are using Xbow it really doesn't matter, but shotguns use slashing attacks. So you would only get the 16 ranged damage as bonus.

There are melee weapons that do piercing damage as well. So, the piercing damage bonus applies crossbows and some melee weapons also.

Anyway for mele weapons it's the picks that do piercing. Skullios and MoonGlaze rainbows are the one I'm using now and the Spork thingie?? Tuning Fork maybe?

but since my second is a ranger i've seen no want on my part to turn him to a melee character.
