I assume you are seeing this in the PlayNC Launcher itself? Does it happen when you start up the launcher or start up Dungeon Runners?

Is anyone else getting this?

Try this: Take a look in your Program Files\NCsoft\Launcher\Config\Default folder. Find the GamesAddendum.xml file and see if it has a size of "0". If it does, delete it and try to start the Launcher again. If that does or does not fix it, please let me know.
