Can't login

I enter my account and password (and its correct I checked)and it still says invalid user name or password. Someone help. |

Try logging in to your plaync master account and resetting the password (even to the same one, if you wish) then trying again. |

This is a new one to me. One suggestion I have is to try changing it to a unique password, not the one that was previously used. But this may not make a lick of difference. Account information is held with the utmost privacy, so please, submit a ticket so our account team can investigate. If you click on the "Need Official Help? As to this, I had Problems on 9/11 logging into the site. It would take the data fine, but would not allow me into the member site. It had 87 and World 1 had 124 people and I could go there, but it was bouncing me from the member world. I go to world one, and logged from there. Re-tried and got the same errors for about 5 minutes then it cleared up. So there is something floating around.... -------------------- Good? Bad? I'm the guy with the gun.... |
