stuck in game loop help

When I try to log in it takes me to character select screen and before It shows my characters it kicks me back to login screen. anyone able to help |

Have you put in a support ticket? You rarely get official replies in the forum. Still no fix to this problem been down over 24 hours now. I'm canceling my subscription if it's not fixed tomorrow at noon. Not paying money if I cant actually play. |

Did you put in an official support ticket? If not threatening to pull your subscription isnt going to get you to far. We have no access to your account or files on this forum.
