I was giving up a lot of strength for tons of agility for a higher hit rate. Just curious what you have.

mass endu and other agi, because fighter armor can have +streght + agi or + endu but i have 2 weap for the moment so no need so many agi,but for my mind lot endu = useful !
(maybe mage can have better hp man shield if fighter haven't nice endu)

I keep a 3/2/1 Str/Agi/End ratio. Whatever weapon your using your going to need the Agi to get a decent hit rate against your lvl mobs or better... unfortunately.

I have a 3/1/1 str/end/agi ratio and I have all +end/str gear. My theroy is I may not hit as much but when I do it hurts and I can take a long beating with 12k hps. I did noticed a few levels back in the early 40's that I was having some minor attack issues so I put a bit more into agi for 3 levels but now im back to my 3/1/1.

I'm not a level 50 fighter, but almost there. I have it like this Str and End are the same and Agi is just high enough with my weapon to be at least 1400 attack rating. I find that having all gear based on STR/Endure and my sword with Agi works well.

I think it's more on personal preference, do you want to hit more but with lower damage, or do you want to hit less but with enough damage to almost 1hit ko a mob.

i have a lv 50 fighter, its very balanced with almost same points of agi/str/end ,i just dont use points on int

i have like 260 str,210 agi, 250 end, and 10 int and im no member do u think thats good for a non member fighter?im losing too much at pvp lately(lost 9 times) and i only have 86 wins

So, if the higher agility, the faster I attack?

AGI does not affect attack speed (only weapon type and modifiers affect this). AGI increses your chance to hit. The higher your AGI the higher your chance to hit an opponent. This is measured against the opponents (mobs) defense rating in a formula that we do not have access to. So basically you want to increase your AGI until you are missing at an acceptable rate for your build. Warning you will never hit 100% of the time, there is a diminishing return on AGI and chance to hit.

One correction JoeB, it seems agi DOES increase the speed, but not much. I saw it changing 0.03 when respeccing and adding 430 agi.

First I have heard of that ... will have to check that out though. Although an increase of 0.03 with addition of 400+ agi is barely noticeable it surprises me.

Well I tested it some. Of course my level 100 is to broke to respect and no time to farm tonight. But I can alter my AGI by 420 in equipment and did not see any difference in my weapon speed. It stayed at 0.71 the entire time with going from a base of 120 to 540. So a chance that you had a different weapon on or maybe an armor piece that adjusted your speed slightly.

Yep JoeB's right on that. With Bogey I notice very little difference in 8k att rating and 10k+ att rating... this is running Abby and since Bogey is a stoopid warrior agi and str is about all he deals with. His end come almost totally from gear.

I made the mistake early on of assuming I could get by with dumping all my points into STR and END. Around level 14 i realized I was whiffing on 4/5 swings. That's when I sought the advice of other players and they informed me on the significance of AGI for fighters. Since then I've refocused my point distribution and concentrated more on AGI. I've heard some thumbrules from other players that your attack rating should be roughly 1/2 of your defense rating, so I shot for that number and it seems to work well. I've actually found STR to be the most useless allocation of my precious stat points. Maybe i'm missing something, but gaining a mere 5 damage per point of STR seems lackluster compared to +12 attack rating per point of AGI or +40HP per point of END. I've stopped putting points into STR altogether and just rely on stats from items.

I'm level 54 after one week of membership and i'm sitting around 13000HP, 7500 defense and 5700 attack rating. Certainly seems to be working for me.
