odd problem

my brother is trying to play on a machine i have no access to. he finally got it running, and after creating a character and logging in, the game stops responding to the keyboard. then it crashes. any ideas? |

We need a few more details in order to assist. What OS is he running? (WinXP SP1 or 2, Vista?) Any firewalls, antivirus software, or routers? Since the keyboard stops responding, is it a wireless or gaming keyboard (like a zboard)? Unfortunately, just saying that it stops responding and then crashes is not enough to start working on the problem. -------------------- Cronniss Starrmyrr |

win xp. probably sp 2. macaffee aanti virus, (set to grant access). was using the whole macafee suite for awhile. regular stock keyboard. |
