You guys will notice all these new Chunk #1 threads.... Note that there isn't a sticky for *every* single new feature, so please feel free to make new thread for those. Also feel free to start a new thread for something that has already be stickied IF you feel it is appropriate to do so. So if you have a post that you know will kick in a lengthy discussion on its own, by all means, go for it! The known issue list has also been posted. Please read it before posting any bugs. Ppl have seen me make this comment in game but I feel I need to say it here just so the Devs KNOW! Mel Brooks-ish Everything. The tongue in cheek poke fun at whatever from the 'Medieval' RPG's. Im an Olde Tymer Dungeons n Dragons player (I had the pop out card board 'dice' in my 1st boxed set that came in a Blue box, later I had the 2 Versions of the 1st Dieties n Demi-gods Hardcover [the 1st one had Melnibonian and FFarhad(sp) & Grey Mouser {Lankmahr} Mythos in it which were copyright enfringements and removed in the 2nd printing if im not mistaken i think Cthulu mythos was in 1st one as well) Every Players Handbook and Dungeon Masters guide {I had 2 of these one with taped in Tabs for the ease of my finding what I was looking for) all the way up to when the players handbooks had character specific guides (The original way to create a Bard class IS superior to any rolled from Lvl 1 version (heh if ya see me ingame ask me and you'll see that if you had a plan on making a bard the old way you had a character that turned a 3 player party into one with 8). Granted I havent played a Pencil n Paper RPG of anykind in AGES (And Ive played ALOT of diferent ones: I had Battle Droids which later became BattleTech, GURPS, Fifts, Cyberpunk (the Steve Jackson one that got him in hot water with the FBI for have totally Acurate ballistic information for the little known Drum AutoShotgun) etc etc ad nauseum). My online Gaming Exp has a pedigree of much the same degree of longevity begining with Commodore C-64 with a cradle modem dialing into a BBS on a TRS-80 server, to MechWarrior 2/NetMech on Kali, the 1st Ultima Online (Beta tested it) Mechwarrior 3 and its expansions (Beta Tesed them) MechWarrior 4 and Its Expansions (Once again.. yup you guessed it Beta Tested them as well) and the super rare Electronic Arts/Microsoft Multiplayer BattleTech:3025 (never left closed Beta because MS pulled out to create MW4 and IMHonest/HumbleO the most realisticly physics-wise BattleTech/Mecha game EVER created) and a huge list of other games I was a official tester for (Im 39 FYI) and Im a puter Nerd from as well as NERD Et-al (yeah yeah they say geeks get it done but a geek is the guy in a circus side-show who bites the heads off chickens: lookit up if ya dont believe me so the so called Geek Squad can stick that in theyre pipe n smoke it Cause Nerds r00l n the Rest Kin Dr00l \-(8^ß ) So in conclusion after all the "serious gaming/er' stuff finally light hearted RPG has arrived and we are playing it. Hehe yes I know run on sentances no paragraphing but I said gamer not proper english writing Nerd \-(8^ß Thats it (Whew!!) -------------------- Beware the boredom Monster! |
