this is really annoying, the cards are good, they just bought some stuff online today, shirts, and anyway i tried 3 different cards and keep getting the same message

"Credit Card Validation

There was a problem processing your request:
# We are unable to process your transaction. Please check your payment details and billing address and try again. If you are still unable to complete the transaction after doing so, please contact your financial institution."

im getting so frustrated and i would really just like some help, the cards have over 100 dollars, and my mom was right there with me and tried everything, nothing seems to work, it is just my luck for something like this to happen seeing how happy i was, but i would really like some help :\

Sounds like you may be using a pre-paid credit card... yes? If so... those don't work here. Sorry. You may want to try NCSoft game cards. You can get time cards for games like COH/V which work for any NCSoft game and in the case of DR are based on monetary value instead of time. So a one month COH/V card ($15) will get you 3 months of play time in DR.

how do i get this? and idk what a pre-paid credit card is, but idt i am using them, they are my mom's and .. the good kind? lol.. anyway could i buy that thing with this creditcard, and then get member?



*edit* ok yeah my gf told me what one is lol, and no they aren't pre-paid, could i put the money on paypal or something then pay that way?

Sadly... no paypal either. I thought it had been stated before somewhere on these boards as to why but I can't find it right now. Anyways, the game time cards can be purchased at any Best Buy, Electronics Boutique, or Game Crazy stores.

I'm having the same problem. You said the credit card is your moms, the one I'm using is my partners and it won't let me pay with it.

Is it a conflict with the Master Account users name and the credit card holders name?

Any mods in here that can help with this please?

Well at least you guys have hands on some credit cards.
My dads old one got canceled 2 months ago and if I'll get one for myself it will take more time.

And from where I live I can't use the other two methods of payment

Edit: I have a debit but it shows up as 'REFUSED' when I click submit. Whats happening?????

Sorry for the bump but please help.

I do know that some pre-paid credit cards do not work for online payments. Some do, however, and they usually say they are for designed online transactions in the fine print. It all just depends on the credit card company itself. We may also have an issue where not all the personal information is matching up properly. (This is to prevent fraud to protect you guys.)

But I think both of these accounts need to be looked at by the those who have authorization to do so before we can really say what is going on here. Please use the Support Center to submit your question. It will go straight to the Billing Dept.
