For my level 21 Mage, both Mental Prowess and Couch Potato show up with a N/A when I go to pay to increase those skills. Are these skills not able to be leveled up? It seems other users have done so.

Any help would be great

no, the only passive skills that you can upgrade at the moment are the ward skills. If you look on the skill it will say 1/1. upgradeable skills will say like 3/15 or something like that and tell you at which level you can buy the current skill

You can't level those up. Since they give you a % bonus, there isn't really any need to. If you look at any skill there will be an entry on the tooltip that says "rank". For each of those passives, you should notice that the rank is 1/1. For any skill with multiple ranks, it will say X/Y.

Thanks a lot! I looked for any differences between the skills and overlooked the 1/1 part.
