Hello!I am from Russia(Moscow),and i want to become a game member.But i have not got credit card cause i am not still 20 years.ALso it is impossible to become member using game-cards:there is no game cards in Moscow shops.I want to ask about SMS system.How it works?An how much will i pay for SMS?Thank you very much

Surfpin Pay by Cell

- Follow the SMS/text message prompts.
- Once you have received your PIN number, enter that number in the field provided on the Surfpin Payment page in PlayNC.
- Click the submit button.

- Follow the voice prompts.

You will have to probably pay the same amount as everyone else, $4.99. I do not know if this works in Russia (or any other country outside of the US).

Considering the monthly fee is $4.99 (US), the SMS would cost $4.99. Doubt they would charge more because you payed via sms.

Cant you use someone elses credit card, or buy a time card online (maybe parents credit card and you pay them?)

no game cards are sold in shops...So,i think i will need to use parents card(if they have,i dunno))))

It cost $18.99 and is not for DR...

Any NCSoft game card can be used for DR. So, a one month game card for say COH/V will get you three months of DR. When the card is used to DR it goes by value, not time.
