FIRSTLY! no the email dosen't go to spam, however! the links don't show up in the E-mail it says here go to these URL: (blank)

Ok Second thing, so instead its not that hard to jsut go to the dungeonrunners website at the top go to account, login to the NC account ask for a verify email with one of those number thingys in it. VERIFIED! whew sweet now i can play...NOT! it says invalid username and password. Ok so i mess around read my emails again basically giving it some time. I try to lgo in...it dosen't work. So then i change my password and BAM i can login. Either its a coincedence and i waited enough time or that was the ticket. Anyways i get my 6 buds to play and every one of them has the same problem. EXCEPT my last bud PJ Cant log in at all! no way it says he cant even change his pass. And he already payed for the account. Can someone help us please? He went to the help ticket thing and he kept getting passed on up to senior helper dude. And ya hasnt gotten an email back yet. but the whole "EASY" login thing hasnt been easy at all.

I had the exact same issue, as did my house mate. We thought maybe it was our firewall or something crazy. But yeah. you sign up and there is no url to authenticate your address. you resend the email, type in the code and change your password and BAM.

I had the same problem this weekend. I got around it by going to the ncsoft store and getting a dungeon runners code from there. The new easy sign up was not working for me this weekend.

We are looking into this issue.

Just to add, my brother signed up last night. I talked him through it and had the exact same issue. I'd hate to think how many people aren't savvy enough to work out how to get around it.
