I think they should implement being able to have more than one char on an account. Also it would be cool to dye your clothes, armor, and stuffs. Also maybe make it to where when you look on the mini-map you could hover over certain colored dots or squares that would show you the NPCs name that way you dont have to run all over the place looking for that one NPC to finish a quest. A crafting system would also be nice and maybe like second professions or something like a Tanner, Blacksmith, Cook, those kinda things. Im sure a million people have mentioned these things but I thought I would go ahead and throw it out there.

In direct response to your first suggestion, multi-char accounts are coming Soon™ (I've heard as soon as end of June)
