I was curious has anyone noticed a rather sluggish or off targeting with spells like fire ball or that ice spell?

I've noticed most of the the time when I click on the enemy I wish to cast on. my mage ends up turning and casting at a wall or else where.

Yes Alen, that is so, it takes some time getting used to but it gets better once you've fiddled with the delay for a while.

I think its on the list of to-do stuff they already have, or so I was told.

Easiest way to deal with it is to move the camera directly above your head and zoom out. Unfortunately, that makes it difficult to do much of anything else...

So unless you're in a situation where that works, or like that view, I'd suggest using lightning/careful targeting. Point at the ground as often as you can.
