Oh! Now I get the jacket reference! DUH!!  I had played for an hour or two...or three...well, more than that...before the pay option was available. I was one who swore he'd never "pay to play" anything. Dungeon Runners has changed that. Thanks, everyone. |

A game in todays dull copycat, "let's do the same everyone else is doing because they sell" gaming industry, an innovative game that dares to be different gets my support any time. So I opted to pay as soon as I started downloading, I subscribed before even playing. Mad Kudos to NCSoft and the DR dev team for bringing some of the old FUN back to gaming!  |

I think I started paying within an hour or so playing the game....maybe it was 2-4 I really can't remember. I just know that I immediately started paying. I started to pay not just for all the plus's to the game but for the simple fact that I really enjoyed the game and thought I could help support whoever was hosting the game or made it or whatever. It was only 5 dollars and why not help pay for something that I really enjoy? I think they deserve a little something for the great job they are doing here. |

I signed up about 4 days after starting to play. It would have been a lot earlier but I had to figure out how to pay online. Turns out that my unused CoH card number was acceptable and, since I wasn't happy with where that game is going, it was an easy decision. -------------------- Want to keep a certain piece of equipment, or an entire set of armour to create your own look? Post here in support of a way to do it! |

Haven't signed up for membership, and at this point I honestly don't know if I ever would. While somewhat different, Mythos is going to be free to download and free to play; Totally free, not 'gimped status for non-members' and 'ungimped for paying peeps'. While I realize you guys don't have a major product backing you (Flagship studios can offer Mythos free because it is a test bed for server structure for Hellgate:London) the fact that Mythos will be 100% free and competing for roughly the same audience as Dungeon Runners can't be ignored. -------------------- My rig and explanation as to my choices. Yeah but the whole point of Mythos is to test the servers for Hellgate. That implies that it wont recieve any long term support after Hellgate goes live. Who wants to invest their time lvling up a toon that might disappear in a few months? |
