We know the skills are being revamped. But does anyone actually have a list of the new skills and what they do?

Assuming there's no test server with test players somewhere, they won't really know how the skills interplay until it's release to the public.

If there are new skills that addresses problems with the current ones, we'll probably complain less about the broken ones right now... =)
