How to officially contact us

Go to http://www.plaync.com/us/support/ and click on the "Ask A Question" link down at the bottom. You can use this for any type of support: tech support, in-game support (reporting other players), and even billing issues.


Membership vs non-membership

There's no catch. The game is always free to download and payment is always optional. The bottom line is this: you do get some nice perks if you decide to pay $4.99 a month for membership.

Please don’t confuse the word “membership” to mean “account”. You can most certainly own an active account yet not be a member. You DO NOT have to be a paying member to play!

How do I become a paying member?
Log into your plaync.com account, click on Game Accounts, find your Dungeon Runners account, and click on the Become a Member link. The rest is easy.
